snow. Christmas.

Christmastimeishere

Isn't it great? Cold?
So I really like Christmas time, I really do. I hate snow, I hate being cold, and I hate driving in nasty weather (witness: accident Dec. 8, 2008.) Those things are completely separate from Christmas, some would argue snow is inseparable, but they are wrong.
Why, you might ask? Because I said so.
I'm always right.
And, I think Christmas is more than all the glam (yes, snow IS beautiful, but If I was swearing woman I would say "snow is a B____." And Christmas is more than all the gifts and the bling bling and the what not.
I'm wishing everyone a Merry Christmas through my blog, 'cause it's the only way you'll take me seriously...actually....I just realized that no one will take this seriously either...but it's like the time when we were all talking about homosexual marriage and I said "but it's such a beautiful thing to find someone you want to be with, marry them, and be with them for the rest of your life, knowing that they'll be with you on everything, sharing in everything, and I can't wait to have that," and we all just sat there quietly for a moment until I burst out laughing and Stephanie said "I was like 'yeah, that is nice..." until you started laughing, then I didn't know if you were serious anymore."
It's like that, see, I'm serious, but I have to laugh at myself because of how cheesy it sounds, and that I'm the least cheesy person I know. I hate cheesiness. But, as my friend Karina once told said, "you taught me that you can make fun of something and still like it at the same time."
What I'm trying to say is,
Merry Christmas My darlings, I love you all dearly.
If you want to know how I feel about Christmas and Jesus, you will have to refer to your video library. Mr. Krueger's Christmas, therein lies the heart of Christmas. Jimmy Stewart breaks my heart as he approaches the baby Jesus. His intensity and love are exactly how I feel. It's real, you know? those kinds of feelings.... and I love it.

Goings-on, if you will

Sorry Nikki, Missy, Meg, etc., you just were not there (in reference to the above photo)
I have many, many photographs I wish to post.
I am limited on time and patience, so I will see what I can do.
It has been a busy fall my friends, what with the election of the next president of the U.S. of A., Hallowizzeen, trips and the like. My life seems to be spiraling more and more out of control with each passing week. Luckily I have some work for the next couple of weeks, so that should be good.
Look at Dani's stoic gaze, she's probably thinking about an Arby's melt.
You know, fun in a grocery cart.
Sexy lady, right? More like Ghettogeekgirl

This is my friend Jamee and me. Mostly for Dani, who always asks who she is. We've known eachother since I was six months and she was five months.
This is me after I voted. That smile is because I voted for the lesser of the two evils knowing all too well he had no chance in H-E-double hockeysticks of winning.

K bye

I'm Alive Truckas

Yes, I'm alive and well.
I just love New York. Though this experience was very much different from my last it was still great. I had a hard time with one of the persons I traveled with, but I will tell you more about that in person.
I am going to show the video this weekend upon my visit, but here's some eye candy to get you excited:
Me at South Seaport
We took Bob Marshall, my college art adviser, with us wherever we went
We stayed on Staten Island, just South of Manhattan. Here's the view
This is Karina and myself, delirious and overstimulated.
I noticed later when I was home that I accidentally flipped off the camera. Great fun.
This is my model shot, October 2008.

Hey I/m Going to NYC!

Yeah, I'm going to New York.
For five days.
I'm flying to Rochester tomorrow morning. My friend Marcus will pick me and my friend Karina up and take us to Alfred, New York to take a look at his art school and some other schools. Then on Thursday we'll go into Manhattan and look at art, eat delicious Chinese, and much more luxurious lifestyle thingies. We might even go to Coney Island! It will be fun, pray for my and Karina's safety. We are very attractive young ladies, and we might have to fend off some nasties.
K thanks.
If I post another blog, then I'm alive.
Bye
